Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1.5 hours
Ingredients
3 lbs Beef - Ribs
2-3 Lemons
1/2 cup - Dry Sherry
1 Tbsp Hot sauce
1 Tbsp Sugar - Brown
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil

Cooking Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut the ribs into serving pieces if the ribs are large and place on a rack in a roasting pan. Place the lemon slices over the meat and bake for 1 hour, turning the ribs once.

While the ribs are baking, in a small bowl combine the sherry, brown sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Pour out all of the fat from the pan. Remove the rack and return the ribs to the pan. Brush the ribs with the sauce and return the pan to the oven for 10 minutes. Turn the ribs and brush with the remaining sauce. Continue to cook for 10 more minutes or until brown.
