Ingredients
1/3 Cup Flour - All Purpose
2 teaspoons Seasoning - Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Seasoning - White Pepper
2 teaspoons Seasoning - Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons Seasoning - Sage
2 lbs Chicken - Breast, boneless, skinless
3 Tablespoons Canola Oil
4 (unpeeled and sliced thinly) Apples - Granny Smith
2 Cups Apple Cider
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
Milk

Cooking Directions

1. Mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sage in a shallow pan. Dredge the chicken through the flour mixture.

2. Heat the oil in a large skillet or a Dutch oven over medium-high heat; add the chicken pieces and brown each side 5 minutes. Add the apple slices and cider; simmer, uncovered, until the apples are tender, about 20 minutes. The cider should be reduced by half of the original volume.

3. Remove the apple slices and the chicken to a serving platter; cover and keep warm.

Serve over rice.
