It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Butter
to taste Seasoning - Salt
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
1 lbs Cod
2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Pineapple - Canned
as needed Water
1 tablespoon Sugar - Brown
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon Vinegar - Cider
1 cup diagnolly sliced Celery
1 teaspoon Cornstarch

Cooking Directions


1. Cut cod into serving-sized pieces; place in shallow baking dish.

2. Dot with butter; sprinkle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Bake at 450 F 8 to 10 minutes or until cod flakes easily when tested with a fork. Keep warm while making sauce.

4. Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, water, vinegar and soy sauce in saucepan. Cook and stir 1 minute or until thickened. Add celery and pineapple; cook 2 minutes longer. Serve over cod.

Good, but i'd double the ingredients for the sauce that you poor on top of the cod after it's done baking.
