Ingredients
2-3 lbs Beef - Flank Steak
as needed Garlic
1 bunch, finely chopped Onions - Green
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons Sesame Oil
4 tablespoons (minced) Ginger
1/2 cup Sake
1/2 cup Canola Oil

Cooking Directions


1. Mix soy sauce, sake, canola oil, sesame oil, ginger, green onions and garlic in plastic bag.

2. Place steak in bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

3. Grill steak for 6 to 10 minutes, turning once.

4. Thinly slice across the grain and serve.
