It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Atkins Beef Burger with Feta and Tomato

Ingredients
1/4 cup Tomatoes, chopped plus optional additional tomato slices as garnish
1/2 cup Spinach, fresh, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
1 pound Beef - Ground, round or chuck
1/4 cup Cheese - Feta, crumbled
1 Onions - Green
1 1/2 teaspoons Dill (fresh), chopped fresh (or 3/4 teaspoon dried)
4 Flatbread, Flatout Artisan FOLD-IT 5 Grain Flax

Cooking Directions


Combine ground beef, green onion, spinach, tomato, feta, dill, salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.

Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 6 minutes on each side for medium doneness.

The Flatout Artisan FOLD-IT Flatbread is only acceptable in Phases 3 and 4. Add 9g Net Carbs for a total of 10 Net Carbs per burger with the wrap. For Phases 1 and 2, omit the wrap.
