It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Atkins Beef and Bacon Artichoke Bottoms

Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
1/4 teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
3 strips Bacon, diced
7 oz Beef - Ground
8 piece (1.5 oz) Artichokes, bottoms; canned
1 Eggs, beaten
1/4 cup Onions, diced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Mushrooms, chopped
2 tablespoons Bread Crumbs

Cooking Directions


Preheat oven to 400F and position rack in center. Cook the bacon in a medium skillet, over medium heat until it begins to brown.

Stir in the onion and mushroom. Cook an additional 2 minutes until the onion and mushroom begin to soften. Place in a mixing bowl.

Add remain ingredients, except artichoke, and mix well to combine. Stuff each bottom with about 1/4 cup of mixture, dividing between all 8 bottoms, until all is used. Place on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.
