Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
2 pounds Beef - Chuck Roast, Boneless
2 cloves Garlic, pushed through a press
2 green Onions, chopped
1/4 cup Salsa, green salsa
1 pepper Jalapenos, seeded and chopped
2 teaspoons Seasoning - Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning - Cumin, ground

Cooking Directions


Trim fat from beef. Place beef, salsa, garlic, green onions, jalapeno, chili powder, cumin and salt in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 8 hours until beef is very tender.Remove beef, and shred with two forks. Mix beef with 1/2 cup cooking juices before filling tortillas.

My husband and I made a few changes to this by using our home canned spicy salsa and eliminating salt and using less cumin. We even added some corn - It was FANTASTIC! We ate it up. We will definitely make again.
