Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
To Taste Seasoning - Salt
To Taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Olives - Pimento-Stuffed Green Olive, Sliced
1 1/2 Cups Pasta - Macaroni, (Low Carb)
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup Celery, Chopped
2 cups Cauliflower, Broken into Small Florets
1/4 Cup Pickles (dill), Chopped
1 Packet Splenda

Cooking Directions


1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. During the last 8 minutes of cooking, add cauliflower florets. When pasta and cauliflower are tender, drain in a colander and rinse under cold ware.

2. In a large serving bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, and sugar substitute. Add celery pickle, and olives. Fold in pasta and cauliflower. Turn gently until all ingredients are combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Makes four 1 cup servings. 314 calories.
