It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
6 slices Bacon, pancetta or nitrate-free, chopped
1 pound Beef - Ground, lean
1 tablespoon Parsley, fresh, chopped
1/4 cup Parsley, fresh, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons Onions, minced
1/4 cup Cheese - Parmesan (Grated)
1 cup Marinara Sauce, low-carb
1/4 cup Wine - Red, dry
2 (16-ounce) packages Manicotti, refrigerated low-carb

Cooking Directions


Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 9- by 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Place manicotti in prepared baking dish; set aside.Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add pancetta, and cook until slightly browned, about 2 minutes.

Add onion; cook until softened, about 2 minutes.

Add garlic; cook until aromatic, about 30 seconds.
Add beef; cook until no longer pink, breaking up meat with the back of a wooden spoon, about 5 minutes. Drain off excess fat.

Add wine; bring to a simmer.

Stir in marinara sauce and 1/4 cup parsley; cook until sauce has thickened, about 6 minutes. Spoon sauce over manicotti, and cover with foil. Bake until manicotti are heated through, about 30 minutes.

Top with Parmesan and remaining parsley; serve immediately.
