Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Atkins Mini Italian Meatloaves

Cook Time: 50 minutes
Ingredients
2 cups Spinach, fresh and chopped
1 1/2 lbs Beef - Ground, lean
3/4 lb Sausage (Italian), hot
2 large Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning - Italian, dried
1/4 cup Marinara Sauce
1/4 cup Pine Nuts
1/2 oz Mushrooms - Porcini (dried), re-hydrated and drained

Cooking Directions


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Spray 4 mini loaf pans with non-stick spray, setaside
3. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, except sauce until thoroughly mixed.
4. Divide equally and press into loaf pans on a baking sheet.
5. Place in oven and bake for 50 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
