Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
1 Bunch (sliced) Onions - Green
2 (16 Ounce) Bags Coleslaw Mix
1 (thinly sliced) Onions - Red
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Vinegar - White
2 Tablespoons Sugar - Brown
2 Tablespoons (grated) Ginger
2 Teaspoons Sesame Seeds
2 Teaspoons Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper

Cooking Directions


1. Chop up the scallion slices and separate them a little with your fingers so all the little layers of the scallion whites separate. Toss the coleslaw mix, red onion and scallions together in a large bowl until everything is mixed.

2. For the dressing, stir the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl until blended, then pour over the vegetables. Serve within 1 hour of dressing or the cabbage will get wilty.
