Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

Ingredients
Buns Hamburger Buns
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
1/8 teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
6 slices Bacon
1 lb Beef - Ground
1 Eggs
1 Onions, chopped
1 Tablespoon Cheese - Parmesan (Grated)
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablesoon Ketchup
1/2 Cup Cheese - Cheddar

Cooking Directions


1. Preheat a grill for high heat.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Crumble in the ground beef, and mix together by hand. Form into 6 patties, and wrap a slice of bacon around each one. Secure bacon with toothpicks.

3. Place patties on the grill, and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Remove toothpicks before serving on hamburger buns.

great recipe, improves the taste of a regular hamburger. i would definitely do this recipe again

The bacon caused these to catch on fire and I ruined them trying to get them off the grill. Not going to try again.
