Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
.5 cup Bread Crumbs - Seasoned, preferably fresh
1 T Butter, melted
to taste Seasoning - Salt
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
1 cup Milk
.5 cup Cheese - Parmesan (Grated)
1 T Flour - All Purpose, added to butter
1/4 t Seasoning - Cayenne Pepper, ground
dash Seasoning - Nutmeg
2 pounds Chard, chopped into 2 inch pieces

Cooking Directions


Saute chard until tender in olive oil or water until tender. place in ovenproof dish. Preheat over to 375.

melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour, whisk in milk, cook until thickened and bubbly. remove from heat, stir in seasonings and parmesan. Pour sauce over chard and top wit bread crumbs. bake until hot and bread crumbs are lightly browned, about 12-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
