It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
8 oz Manicotti
1 (15 oz) container Cheese - Ricotta, whipped until smooth
1/2 cup Cheese - Parmesan (Grated)
1 Eggs, beaten
1/4 cup sliced Scallions
2 teaspoon flakes Seasoning - Parsley
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
1/4 teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
1 (26 oz) jar Spaghetti Sauce
Cheese - Parmesan (Grated)

Cooking Directions


1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2. In medium bowl, blend ricotta, parmesan, egg and scallions.

3. Stir in parsley, salt and pepper.

4. Stuff pasta with cheese mixture.

5. Arrange in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce evenly over pasta. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Cover. Bake in a 350-o F oven until hot, about 35 minutes.
