Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
1 (10 oz) package Spinach, chopped, drained
3 Eggs
8 ounces, shredded Cheese - Sharp Cheddar
1 ( 16 oz. ) carton Cottage Cheese

Cooking Directions


Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

I used less cottage cheese, fresh spinach and Swiss cheese. VERY GOOD AND SO EASY

I used a little less cottage cheese, substituted provolone for the cheddar, used drained canned spinach, added frozen cooked shrimp (thawed) and layered with lasagna noodles. nice.
