It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper, I like to use fresh cracked pepper
5 slices Bacon, chopped
8 servings Potato Flakes, MASHED
to taste Seasoning - Kosher Salt
1 bottle FULL FLAVOR- do not use light beer!!! Beer, pour slowly!
1 med. head Cabbage, shredded
1 small Onions - White, chopped
1 pkg. Sausage (Kielbasa), cut into wedges
4 cups Gravy -Beef, prepare as instructed on package

Cooking Directions


fry kielbasa and bacon in a large fry pan (must use a fry pan with a good lid). When cooked, add onion and fry through. When onion is done, add 1 bottle of beer, cabbage, salt, pepper. Cover with lid and cook 20 minutes. While cooking, prepare mashed potatoes and gravy in separate pots. To serve place mashed potatoes on plate. Top with kielbasa, cabbage mixture. Top with gravy and serve.
