Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Barbecued Alaskan Salmon

Ingredients
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
Tabasco Sauce
4 (6 to 8 ounce pieces) Salmon - Steaks

Cooking Directions


1. Thaw salmon steaks if necessary.

2. Combine ingredients. Mix well.

3. Brush salmon steaks generously with mixture. Place on oiled cooking grid over medium heat.

4. Grill, allowing 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until salmon flakes easily with fork.

5. Turn once halfway through cooking time. Baste frequently during cooking and once after taking salmon off grill.
