It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Bavarian Roast

Cook Time: 9-10 low
Ingredients
1 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
1/8 teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
4 Apples, cored and quartered
as needed Water
1 Onions, sliced
3 T up to 4 T Flour - All Purpose
1 t Vegetable Oil
1/2 t ground Ginger
1/2 c or water Apple Juice Juice - Apple
3 whole Cloves
3-4 lbs Beef - Eye Round Roast

Cooking Directions


Wipe roast well and trim off excess fat. Lightly rub top of meat with

oil. Dust with salt, pepper, and ginger. Insert cloves in roast. Place

apples and onions in crock pot and top with roast. Pour in apple

juice. Cover and cook on Low

for 9 to 10 hours or on High for 5 to 6 1/2 hours. Remove roast and apples

to warm platter. Turn Crock Pot to High setting. For a gravy, make a

smooth paste of

the flour and water; stir into crock pot. Cover and cook until thickened.
