Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
1 lb Beef - Ground
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Salsa
Cheese - Cheddar (Sharp)
1 can Soup - Creamy Tomato
8 cut into 1" pieces Corn Tortillas Tortillas - Corn

Cooking Directions


In skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat

Add soup, salas, milk, tortillas, and half the chesse. Spoon into 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Cover

Bake at 400 degress F. for 30 minutes. or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

My husband and I really enjoyed this! It was very easy to throw together for a casual dinner. I used non-fat milk and reduced fat cheese, and we thought the flavor was great. The name "beef tacos" is a little deceptive, since this is more like a casserole, but it's tasty!
