Cook Time: 5 Hours
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Beef - Ground
3 Bell Pepper - Green, coarsly chopped
4 1/2 cups Water
1 1/2 cup Onions, chopped
Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Cups (uncooked) Rice - Brown
3 (crushed) Beef Bouillon Cube

Cooking Directions


Brown beef in skillet. Drain. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well. Cover. Cook on low 5-6 hours or on high 3 hours, or until liquid is absorbed.
