Ingredients
3/4 cup Butter
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
1 cup Blueberries
1 Eggs
Milk
1 3/4 Cups Flour - All Purpose
1 Cup Sugar - White
2 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

Cooking Directions


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

3. Cream butter and sugar (with mixer). Add milk and egg, beat until smooth.

4. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture and mix until moistened. Fold blueberries into batter.

5. Fill muffin pan cups 2/3 full with the batter. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.

So... how much milk does this recipe require? I ended up using one cup and it came out fine, but perhaps your instructions should be less ambiguous.

I made these this morning, the recipe is pretty fast! Make sure the butter is softened.
