Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Buffalo Popcorn Chicken

Ingredients
pinch Seasoning - Salt
pinch Seasoning - Black Pepper
1 Chicken - Breast, cut into bite size pieces
1 Eggs
pinch Seasoning - Garlic Powder
1/4 cup Flour - All Purpose
enough Vegetable Oil, for pan frying
to coat Hot Sauce, Buffalo style
1/4 cup Cornstarch

Cooking Directions


1) Whisk egg with salt, pepper, and garlic powder in small bowl. In another bowl, mix cornstarch and flour.

2) Dip bite size pieces of chicken in egg mixture and then into dry mixture.

3) Over medium-high heat, pan fry chicken in vegetable oil.

4) Once all pieces are cooked through, let them rest on a paper towel on a plate. After cooling momentarily and draining off some of the oil, toss chicken bites in Buffalo style hot sauce. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
