Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
1 Teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Seasoning - Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Seasoning - Oregano
1 Teaspoon Seasoning - Basil
1 Teaspoon Seasoning - Paprika
1/4 Teaspoon Seasoning - Cayenne Pepper
1 Teaspoon Seasoning - Thyme (Ground)
1/2 Teaspoon Seasoning - Onion Powder
2 lbs (fillets) Char

Cooking Directions


1. In a small bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
2. Brush flesh side of Arctic Char fillets with melted butter.
3. Sprinkle dry ingredients over char fillets.
4. In a large skillet heat oil.
5. Add char fillets skin side down and cook about 5 minutes.
6. Turn char fillets and cook about 5 minutes more or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
