Ingredients
1 lb Beef - Ground
1 cup Water
1 (14.5 oz) Tomatoes - Canned (Diced)
8 oz (shredded) Cheese - Cheddar
2 Cups (instant - uncooked) Rice - White
1 (15 oz) can Chili w/ Beans - Canned

Cooking Directions


Brown the ground beef in a large skillet on medium-high heat; drain off grease well.

Stir in the chili, tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil.

Stir in the uncooked rice and cheese; cover. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove cover and stir mixture until cheese is completely melted.
