Cheesy Pizza Potatoes Recipe

1 Pound (cooked and drained) Beef - Ground
1 (4.9 Ounce) Potatoes - Au Gratin Package
1 Cup (hot) Water
2/3 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup (sliced) Olives - Black
1/2 Teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
1/4 teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
1 Can (drained) Tomatoes - Canned (Peeled)
1 Can (4 oz) (optional) Mushrooms
1 Cup (shredded) Cheese - Mozzarella
1/2 Teaspoon Seasoning - Italian

1. Cook and drain beef. Break up tomatoes. Preheat oven for 400 degrees.

2. Add all ingredients except mozzarella, into ungreased 2 quart casserole dish.

3. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes, add cheese, bake 5 more minutes.
