It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Chicken Bacon Pasta Bake

Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients
1 can Tomatoes - Canned
1-2 cups Cheese - Mozzarella, shredded
6 slices Bacon, cut into bite-size pieces
1 Chicken - Breast, pounded flat and cut into bite-size pieces
1-2 tsp Garlic, minced
enough to cover pasta Marinara Sauce, or other pasta sauce
3 cups dry Pasta - Rotini

Cooking Directions


1. Cook pasta al dente. Be sure not to overcook the pasta.

2. Meanwhile, add chopped chicken to skillet (with olive oil, if desired) and saute til no longer pink. Then add chopped bacon and brown both. Add desired amount of minced garlic and canned tomatoes.

3. Once pasta is done, drain and add enough pasta sauce to coat. Then add meat mixture. Add 1/2 to 1 cup of shredded mozzarella and mix.

4. Put the final mix in a square baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

5. Add remaining 1/2 to 1 cup of mozzarella to the top of the casserole and broil until bubbly and lightly browned.

This was an excellent recipe. Substituted half the mozzarella for sharp cheddar and added more garlic, salt and mushrooms.
