Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
1 cup Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
1/4 cup Onions - Yellow, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Cheese - Parmesan (Grated)
1/4 Teaspoon Seasoning - Basil
1/2 Teaspoon Seasoning - Parsley
1 (peeled and finely chopped) Cucumber
3 Tablespoons Vinegar - Balsamic
1 (15 ounce) Can (drained and rinsed) Chickpeas

Cooking Directions


In a large bowl, toss together chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, garlic, parsley flakes, dried basil, and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and season to taste with salt. Toss until well combined, and adjust seasoning as needed. Cover and refrigerate at least 45 minutes before serving.
