Chili Chicken Legs

Servings 4 Prep Time Cook Time 30 to 35 min.


1 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
4 whole thighs and drumstickes Chicken - Legs
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
2 TB. Seasoning - Chili Powder
1 TB. Honey


Put oven rack in upper thirs of oven and preheat to 425. Line botton of a 15 by 10 inch challow baking pan with foil and set and oiled large metal rack in pan.

Stir together chili powder, hone, lime juice, salt and pepper in large bowl, then add chicken and turn to coal comletely.

Trasfer chicken to rack, arranging in one layer, then bake. turning over once, until cooked through, 30 to 35 minutes.

For a healthier version I took the skin off the chicken legs and then wrapped them in the foil (with the other ingredients) and baked in the oven for 35 minutes. Fabulous!
