It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Chili Rellenos Casserole (Body for Life)

Ingredients
1.25 Cup Eggs, Egg Substitute or 2 Whole/4 whites
1/2 Cup Flour - All Purpose
1/2 Cup Salsa
2 Onions - Green, Sliced
1 Tsp Seasoning - Chili Powder, Ground
1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Cheese - Cheddar (Sharp)
4 Ounces Cheese - Monterey Jack, Reduced Fat
1/2 Cup Milk - Skim
12 Ounces Chili - Green, Whole, Roasted, Peeled and Seeded

Cooking Directions


1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Coat 11 x 7 baking dish with cooking spray.

3. Dry whole chili on paper towel, and lay flat. Slice Jack cheese to number of chilis and put a slice inside each chili. arrange evenly in dish.

4. Whisk together egg substitute flour and milk, pour over chilis in dish.

5. Layer shredded cheddar cheese on top, sprinkle with chili powder and green onion.

6. Bake for 35 minutes until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

7. Cut into 4 portions, top with salsa and enjoy.
