1/2 Cup Cabbage - Red, Shredded
1/2 Cup Carrots, Julienne
1/2 Cup Water Chestnuts - Canned, Sliced, Drained
1/2 Cup Onions - Green, Chopped
1 Head Cabbage - Savoy, Sliced
1 Cup Snow Peas, Blanched
1 Cup Oranges - Mandarine (Canned), Drained
2 Teaspoons Chili Paste
2 Teaspoons Sugar - White
2 Ounces Vinegar - Rice
3 Ounces Soy Sauce
2 Ounces Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon Ginger, Chopped
1 Ounce Water


In a large bowl, Mix together first 7 ingredients (shredded, chopped, sliced and drained vegetables and oranges).

In a small bowl or glass mix together dressing (next 7 ingredients: chili paste through water).

Toss dressing over vegetables and serve.
