Servings: 20
Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 75 min
Ingredients
1/8 tsp. Seasoning - Salt
1 cup Sugar - White
1 tsp. Vinegar - White
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/3 to 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
4 Egg Whites

Cooking Directions

Heat oven to 250?. Beat egg whites in large bowl at high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and beat until sugar is completely dissolved. (Rub some meringue between fingers: if grainy, continue beating.) Add vanilla, vinegar, and salt, and continue beating until thoroughly combined. Fold in chocolate chips, if desired. Drop tsp-sized dollops onto a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil. Bake at least 1 hr 15 minutes, rotating racks every 30 minutes to give even heat.

Makes about 60 cookies.

Melt-in-your-mouth delicious, you better make a double batch because they won't last long!
