Ingredients
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Chicken - Breast
1 (16 ounce) Jar Salsa
3 Tablespoons Sugar - Brown
1 Teaspoon Mustard - Spicy Brown

Cooking Directions


1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2.Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish. In a medium bowl, stir together the salsa, brown sugar and mustard; pour over the chicken. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.

3.Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, until chicken is cooked through. Remove the foil for the last 15 minutes to brown the chicken.

It was very easy to make, but it wasn't as good as some other recipes on here. If you are short on prep time its a good option.
