Cranberry Pork Chops

Servings 6 Prep Time Cook Time 7 to 8 hours.


6 Pork - Chops, bone-in loin chops
1 can Cranberries
1/2 cup Apple Juice
1/4 cup Sugar - White
2 TBS Mustard - Yellow
2 TBS Cornstarch
1/4 cup Water


Place pork chops in a slow cooked. Combine cranberry sauce, juice, suger and mustard until smooth; pour over chops. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or until meat is tender. Remove chops; keep warm. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth; graduallystir in cooking juices. Bring to boil; cook and stir for 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Serve over pork chops.

Rice is a nice side dish.
