Ingredients
2 large Tomatoes, chopped
to taste Seasoning - Salt
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
1/2 cup Onions, chopped
2 Cups Milk
2 Tablespoons Flour - All Purpose
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar - White
2 Tablespoons Margarine

Cooking Directions


1. Simmer tomatoes, onions, sugar, and salt and pepper. Once onions are soft, strain. Set liquid aside.

2. In a saucepan, melt the butter or margarine. Stir in the flour. Whisk in the milk, and cook until thickened. Slowly add the reserved tomato liquid, and gently heat. Serve hot.

I like how simple it is to make. It is very yummy. I only had 1% milk, but I think it would be even creamier with whole milk.
