Crock Pot Chicken with Apples and Rosemary

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 3-4 hours
Ingredients
1 cup Chicken Broth
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
1/4 teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
2 lbs Chicken - Whole, cut into pieces with bones
2 Apples, SLICED
2 tablespoons (chopped) Rosemary
2 cups (cooked) Rice - White
2 cups (sliced) Onions - White
1/2 cup Soup - Condensed Cream of Celery

Cooking Directions


1. Arrange onion and apple slices at bottom of crock pot.

2. Place chicken pieces on top and season all over with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle rosemary over chicken.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together chicken broth and soup. Pour liquid mixture over chicken.

4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.

5. Serve chicken, sauce, apples, and onions over cooked rice.
