Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Crock Pot Old South Pulled Pork

Ingredients
buns Hamburger Buns
1 Teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
6 Garlic, Minced
2 Onions, Finely Chopped
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke Flavoring
1/4 Cup Sugar - Brown
1 Cup Chili Sauce
1/4 Cup Vinegar - Cider
1 Tablespoon Seasoning - Chili Powder
3 lbs Pork - Shoulder, Trimmed of Fat

Cooking Directions


1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
2. Add onions and cook until soft.
3. Add garlic, chili powder and pepper and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
4. Add chili sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke.
5. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
6. Place pork in slow cooker stoneware and pour sauce over.
7. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours or on HIGH for 6 hours, until pork is falling apart.
8. Transfer pork to a cutting board and pull the meat apart in shreds, using two forks.
9. Return to sauce and keep warm.
10. When ready to serve, spoon shredded pork and sauce over warm buns.
