Ingredients
1/8 teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Teaspoon Seasoning - Kosher Salt
3 (thinly sliced) Scallions
1 Tablespoon Mustard - Dijon
1/2 (thinley sliced) Onions - Red
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1 (12-ounce package) Broccoli Slaw

Cooking Directions


1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, scallions, and red onion.

Reserve 2 cups of the broccoli mixture for another day.

2. Whisk together buttermilk, sour cream, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, and black pepper. Add the dressing to the remaining broccoli mixture, toss well, and serve.
