Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
1 cup Cheese - Mozzarella, shredded
pinch Seasoning - Salt
pinch Seasoning - Black Pepper
2 Eggs, beaten
1/3 of the onion Onions, chopped
1 tsp Vegetable Oil
1/3 package Spinach - Frozen, thawed and drained

Cooking Directions


Preheat oven to 350F

Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan.

Head oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add onions. Cook until soft.

Stir in spinach and continue cooking until excess moisture has evaporated.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, cheese, salt and pepper.

Add spinach mixture and stir to blend.

Scoop into prepared pie pan.

Bake in oven until eggs have set (about 30 m)
