Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 (4 oz) Chicken - Thigh, Cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 Teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/4 Teaspoon Seasoning - Cayenne Pepper
2 Tomatoes - Roma/Plum, Diced
1 Teaspoon Seasoning - Cumin
2 Potatoes, Diced
1 (8 oz) Container Yogurt
1/2 Teaspoon Seasoning - Mustard Powder
1/2 Bunch Chard, Chopped
1/4 Teaspoon Seasoning - Cardamom, Ground
1/2 Teaspoon Seasoning - Garam Masala
Cooking Directions
1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. In hot oil, cook cumin seeds, garam masala, cardamom, cayenne pepper, mustard seeds, salt, and garlic. When seeds start to pop, stir in chicken and potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes, or until chicken is nearly done. 2. Stir in tomatoes, chard, and yogurt. Cover, and cook 15 minutes more, or until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through.
