Ingredients
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Chicken - Breast
1/4 Cup Mustard - Dijon
1/2 Cup Honey

Cooking Directions


1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a shallow baking dish.

2. In a small bowl, stir together the honey, Dijon mustard, melted butter and pepper. Place chicken in the greased baking dish, and pour the honey mustard sauce over it.

3. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, basting frequently with the sauce, until chicken is firm and juices run clear.

I made this tonight for dinner. I didnt have enough dijon mustard so i subsituted the rest with spicy brown mustard. It came out great! It was so juicy. Next time im going to marinate the chicken in the sauce over night, I want to see if the flavor of the honey dijon sauce gets into the middle of the chicken breast. which it didnt this time. other them that i loved it :D
