It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
1/4 teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
3 - 3 1/2 lbs Beef - Chuck Roast
1/4 cup Water
3 T Flour - All Purpose
1 c Sour Cream
1 T Vinegar - White
1 teaspoon Seasoning - Dill Weed
1 teaspoon1 Seasoning - Dill Weed

Cooking Directions


Sprinkle both sides of meat with salt, pepper, and 1 tsp dried dill weed. Place in slow cooking pot. Add water and vinegar. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours or until tender. Remove meat from pot. Turn control to high. Dissolve flour in small amount of cold water; stir into meat drippings. Stir in additional 1 tsp dill weed. Cook on high about 10 minutes or until slightly thick. Stir in sour cream; turn off heat. Slice meat; serve with sauce. Serves 6.
