It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
4 Eggs, lighly beaten
1/3 cup Milk
4 1/2 cups Flour - All Purpose, sifted
2 cups Sugar - White, leveled
1 teaspoon Baking Powder, leveled
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Sugar - Powdered

Cooking Directions


Sift together flour,salt,baking powder, set aside.

In another large bowl whisk together sugar and eggs. Stir vegetable oil and milk into sugar/egge mixture. Stirdry ingredients into eggs mixture a little at a time for even mixing. Stir together until buscuit-like dough forms.

Lightly flour a work surface and turn dough out to a thickness of 1/8 inch. Using sharp knife, cut into 1 1/2 to 2 inch square. Scrape together leftovers to not to remix these dough will become tough. And fry in hot fresh clean grease. Place them in grease on at a time and far apart from each other so they don't stick together. Keep watch and keeep flipping pver for even browness on each side they will cook in about 2 to 3 minutes. Place on cookie rack or paper towles. Place powdered sugar in sieve and shake over bignets and serve. Can also be served with honey,syrup and blackberry sauce.
