Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Cheese - Mozzarella, shredded
to taste Seasoning - Salt
1/4 cup Cheese - Feta
1 teaspoon oregano
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon basil
3 cups uncooked macaroni
1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, drained & chopped
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Cooking Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

4. Stir into the hot pasta 1 cup of Cheddar, 1 cup of mozzarella, and 1/2 cup of Parmesan. Continue to stir until the cheeses have melted. Then stir in tomato and herb mixture. Sprinkle 1/2 cup Cheddar, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan, and 1/4 cup feta over the top of the casserole.

5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 25 minutes.

I thought this was a pretty good recipe for beginner chefs, like me. I didn't destroy anything, and it tasted pretty good.

Was not impressed by this recipe at all. Tasted like very bland cheesy noodles, not like macaroni and cheese, nor like a casserole. I would suggest a different name to prevent confusion- "cheesy italian noodles" perhaps... I tasted it before I baked it and was disappointed. I decided to add my own seasonings to the blend and cream of mushroom soup. It was better but I wouldn't do it again.
