Goat Cheese and Arugula Penne

Ingredients
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
1 Cup (quartered) Tomatoes - Cherry
8 oz Pasta - Penne
5 1/2 oz Cheese - Goat
2 Cups (chopped) Arugula

Cooking Directions


Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.

Crumble goat cheese into a large serving bowl. Add arugula, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper.

Drain pasta, and toss with goat cheese mixture.
