Grilled Steaks with Garden Tomato Basil Sauce

1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
2 teaspoons Seasoning - Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
4-6 count Beef - Rib Eye
1/4 cup Onions - Red
2 cups Tomatoes
1 can Tomato Paste
1 tablespoon Basil
1/8 teaspoon Seasoning - Cayenne Pepper
2 tablespoons Vinegar - Red Wine
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Garlic


Prepare grill; heat until coals are ash white.

Meanwhile, in medium bowl stir together all marinade ingredients except steaks. Place steaks in plastic food bag. Pour marinade into bag; seal tightly. Place in 13x9" pan; let stand 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, in medium bowl stir together all sauce ingredients. in 5-cup blender container place about 1 cup sauce mixture. Blend on High speed until saucy (30-45 seconds). Stir back into sauce mixture. Set aside.

Remove steaks from marinade: reserve marinade.

Grill steaks basting with marinade & turning once, until desired doneness (10-15 minutes for medium). Serve sauce over steaks
