It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Guilt Free Vegan Tiramisu

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: No cooking involved. Just a quick ride through the blender (about a minute)
Ingredients
Sprinkle Cocoa Powder
3/4 cup Coffee, Can be brewed or instant. I just use our leftover!
Handful Ice
1 scoop (or whatever your serving size is) Protein Powder - Vanilla
1 tsp Rum Extract
4 packets Splenda, Or any sweetener of your choice
Sprinkle Xanthan Gum
Sprinkle Guar Gum

Cooking Directions


Blend all of the ingredients except the cocoa powder.

Add water to thin if necessary

After plated, use cocoa powder for dusting/show.

Garnish if you wish (I believe mint would taste nice)

& there you have it! HEALTHY, high protein, guilt free tiramisu!
