Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
2 Tomatoes, sliced
1/8 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
2 (6-Ounce) Tuna - Canned
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Parsley, minced
To Taste Hot sauce
1/2 Cup (shredded) Cheese - Cheddar (Sharp)
1 (minced) Shallot
4 Slices Bread - Wheat
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise - Reduced Fat

Cooking Directions


1. Preheat the broiler.

2. Toast bread in a toaster.

3. In a medium bowl, combine tuna, shallot, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, salt, hot sauce and pepper. Slice tomato.

4. Spread 1/4 cup of the tuna mixture on each slice of toast; top with tomato slices and 2 tablespoons cheese. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and broil until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately and with side green salad for a healthy treat.
