It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Can Tomatoes - Canned, Stewed
1 Carrots, Chopped
1 Zucchini, Chopped
1 Box Beans - Green, Frozen
3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
2 Onions, Chopped
1/4 Cup Cheese - Parmesan (Grated)
1 Cup Mushrooms, Sliced
1 Cup Pasta - Macaroni, Cooked
1 Stalk Celery, Chopped
1 Package Croutons
1/2 Cup Cabbage, Shredded
1 Can Chickpeas, Drained
7 Cups Vegetable Broth, (any flavor broth)
2 Tablespoons Sweet Basil, Fresh Chopped

Cooking Directions


In 5 quart pot, heat garlic in olive oil. Add chopped onion, celery, zucchini, carrot, mushroom, cover and saute for 10 minutes.
Add tomat
oes, paste, broth and season with pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Add macaroni, chickpeas, green beans cabbage and basil, simmer covered 30 minutes. ladle into bowls, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and croutons.
