Mexican Style Chicken Recipe

1 Package Stuffing (dry)
4 Boneless, Skinless (halves) Chicken - Breast
1 Cup Salsa
1 Cup (shredded) Cheese - Cheddar

Stir stuffing mix pouch 11/2 cups hot water and 1/4 margarine cut up just until moistened.

Spoon stuffing into 12x8 baking dish top with chicken. Pour salsa over chicken: sprinkle with cheese

Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
