It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Butter
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
1/2 cup Ham, cooked
4 Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Onions - Green
3 (6" and coarsely chopped) Tortillas - Corn

Cooking Directions


In a bowl, beat eggs and milk together. Soak tortilla pieces in egg mixture for 5 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Saute green onion and ham until onion is soft, about 5 minutes.

Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook over medium/low heat until eggs are set.

It was pretty good. I added some mild salsa at the end, I thought it needed that extra kick. I also used a few slices of sandwich honey baked ham, which works. Next time I'm going to add some cheese when I add the egg mixture, and bake or fry the corn tortillas before I chop them up to get some crunch.

This was a good variation on a ham omelet. I considered adding cheese. The corn tortilla taste was a little overpowering.
